THE TRODAI ACADEMY
We have a busy timetable of martial arts classes for children and adults at venues in Essex and East London.
We also provide afterschool clubs at a number of local schools, as well as offering private tuition, corporate sessions and workshops.
Our curriculum consists of Karate, kickboxing, 4D Combat, Brazilian Jiujitsu, Filipino fighting systems and Kobudo (weapons).
We are a member of the Amateur Martial Association (AMA) and have been awarded the Safeguarding Code in Martial Arts.

We offer confidence development, self defence and specific martial arts sessions for groups.
