"I have watched my child blossom at karate" - Kiran, South Woodford

In just the four lessons my daughter has enjoyed with Steve so far, I have watched her blossom from a timid, withdrawn child who is frightened of PE lessons or physical contact with other children, to someone who is always smiling, full of energy and very eager to attend her next lesson each week.

She is making friends outside her school circle, with children of different ages, and this is helping her to find the confidence within herself to stand her ground with the school bullies.

Her diet has improved and she is now much more interested in trying out other extra-curricular activities.
